The Collection of Historical Scientific Instruments is the oldest and most extensive university-based collection of its type in the United States, holding some 20,000 instruments dating from the 17th century to the present.

Festkolloquium "200 Jahre Maschine von Bohnenberger" statt, das dem
Tuebinger Astronomen J.G.F. Bohnenberger (1765-1831) gewidmet ist.
Ausserdem wird an diesem Tag eine Ausstellung zum Thema eroeffnet, die
bis zum 29. Januar 2011 dauert.
